Our therapists are registered with most of the private health insurances (AXA, Cigna, BUPA etc.). We accept self-referrals, so you can get in touch with us directly.
All our Counsellors and Psychotherapists are qualified, registered and highly experienced in their fields. Their extensive training enables them to use a wide range of different approaches depending on your personal circumstances and needs. Some have a keen interest and specialization in key areas, such as bereavement, loss, trauma, phobia hypnosis, addiction, couples, LGBTQ, family therapy and eating disorders. The first time you will be talking to your therapist, will be on your first session. Therapist cannot provide any telephone sessions before they have met you. On some occasions, especially with complicated issues, the therapist may give you a call before the session to answer any questions you may have.
Yes, you can continue counselling. Many of our counsellors offer remote counselling sessions, if there is need and if this can benefit the client. In the current situation with the CONVID-19 outbreak, our therapist will offer counselling through, Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom and over the telephone. Please get in touch with us, if you are unable to attend due to the current circumstances.
Yes, some of our therapists are able to provide this option. However, we believe that it is vital to start the sessions face to face. At some point in your therapy, you may be offered this option, however a face to face session will still be required on a regular basis (monthly). Get in touch with us to find out more!
Yes, we do. We always determine to support our community in Southfields and those who are in need of help. A set amount of slots is allocated for low cost clients. So, please do check with us and we will provide you with availability and further information.
The majority of our therapists for psychological therapies, as well as physical therapies, are registered with the common insurances. Bupa, Axa, Cigna, Aviva, etc. Please check with us if yours is not listed.
Our therapist are trained in a variety of approaches including the major types Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural. Integrative counsellors use a mix of approaches, depending on individual circumstances.
