Sandra graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy after training at the world renowned British School of Osteopathy.

She has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working in clinical practice and treats everyone from dancers and athletes to the elderly and the disabled.

She has always been fascinated by the relationship between mind and body and the effect it can have on your wellbeing and as a result, her treatments also aim to reduce stress and anxiety associated with her patients’ condition.

Sandra primarily practices structural osteopathy which includes massage, joint mobilisation and movement based techniques but, will use functional techniques and acupuncture where appropriate. She is particularly interested in postural related and chronic pain conditions.

As well as working in clinical practice, she also practices within workplaces and offices, providing osteopathy and massage to workers within the corporate field. All her treatments are tailored to each individual and she encourages her patients to have an active role in their health and will work with them to achieve the best possible results.

She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of The Institute of Osteopathy.
